About The Writer

Artemis is a metaphysician.  She is also a punk-style Aquarian Tarot reader and astrologer who loves nothing more than combining divination systems. She specializes in a chaotic approach to intuition, using various mythic and symbolic markers to unravel the psyche. A student of the works of C.G. Jung, Joseph Campbell, Hegel, Plato, Beaudrillard and other believers of the simulation, she eats archetypes for breakfast. A poet by trade, she directs our mind through the maze of cultural symbology using linguistic nuances and hypnotic techniques. Artemis has studied divination since she was a child; reading tea leaves and coffee grounds every evening with her mother. This insight grew and evolved as she did, and Artemis began to combine occult practices, philosophical insight, psychological tactics, and theater to bring out what is sleeping within us.
